  • All sessions are conducted remotely via video call. Remote therapy is proven to be as effective as in-person sessions and offers the convenience of home comfort. While remote therapy may feel unfamiliar initially, you will adapt quickly. If I believe online therapy isn’t suitable for you, I will let you know. A FREE 15-minute consultation is available to discuss your needs.

  • Choosing the right the right psychologist starts with your personal needs, but ends with the “personal fit”. Consider factors such as the psychologist’s expertise, their approach to therapy, and crucially whether you feel comfortable with them. Always take up the offer of a free initial consultation (usually 15-20 minutes) to see if they’re a good fit for you before you commit your time and money.
